There are NO additional fees to move in. No administrative fees, no deposits, etc.
We guarantee no rental rate increases for the first year you are a tenant with Economy Storage.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored. A photo outside of each box will allow you to "see" what is inside.
Our leases are month to month only. However, if you wish to pay 6 months rent upfront, there is a 5% discount on the total. If paying 1 year of rent upfront, there is a 10% discount on the total.
Often, the months following the fees are added to your cost. There could also be a minimum rental period (i.e. 3 months plus).

Note: no mail is accepted onsite at storage locations.
We do not need any notice, just let us know when you have left!
